Welcome to HotelGPT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the HotelGPT AI Virtual Assistant, related software, integrations, and services ("Service") provided by Social Frog AI.

By accessing or using the Service, the hotel partner, staff, or end user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

HotelGPT is an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to help hotels automate guest communication, respond to inquiries, assist with reservations, and provide general information.

HotelGPT is a support tool and does not replace human judgment, hotel policies, or final confirmation systems.

2. AI-Generated Information Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated decision systems.

While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or misinterpretations.

Users must verify critical details such as:

  • room availability
  • pricing
  • taxes
  • cancellation rules
  • offers
  • local regulations

with authorized hotel representatives.

Social Frog AI shall not be held liable for losses arising from reliance solely on AI-generated responses.

3. No Booking Guarantee

Unless explicitly connected to a live reservation or payment system, conversations with HotelGPT do not constitute confirmed bookings.

A booking is valid only when confirmed by the hotel through its official systems.

4. Responsibilities of Hotel Partners

Hotels using HotelGPT agree that:

  • They are responsible for providing correct and updated information.
  • They will review automated responses periodically.
  • They will maintain human oversight.
  • They accept that AI performance depends on the accuracy of supplied data.

Social Frog AI is not liable for incorrect outputs caused by wrong or incomplete inputs.

5. Continuous Improvement & Updates

HotelGPT evolves continuously.

Features, workflows, integrations, and capabilities may change, improve, or be modified without prior notice.

Where applicable, updates are provided without additional upgrade fees unless otherwise specified in a commercial agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the Service:

  • for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • to distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • to attempt unauthorized system access
  • to reverse engineer or copy the technology

7. Third-Party Integrations

HotelGPT may connect with external platforms such as:

  • messaging systems
  • PMS
  • payment gateways
  • CRM tools
  • APIs

Social Frog AI is not responsible for downtime, data issues, pricing changes, or failures originating from third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Social Frog AI shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of revenue
  • missed bookings
  • business interruptions
  • guest disputes

arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Data & Privacy

The Service may process conversation data to improve functionality, reporting, and performance.

Hotels are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own privacy policies and guest communication regulations.

10. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, non-payment, or policy violations occur.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction shall lie in courts of Jodhpur.

12. Acceptance

By using HotelGPT, users acknowledge that AI systems are probabilistic, may generate mistakes, and require human supervision.
